19th Hole Band Booking Statement

  Due to the overwhelming number of booking requests we must 
  have the following information

  1. Promo Pack with song list and pics of band

  2. Places that the band has played at before

  3. The band must have 45 to 60 minutes of music to be a 
     opening band and 90 minutes to be a headliner

  4. New bands that have not played out before can come 
     in on open mic night to play

  5. Mail all promo packs to 19th Hole Grill and Bar
